Getting The Funds
The Application Form
The application form doesn't ask a lot of you. You'll need your name and contact information, of course. We'll also need to know how much you want and where you need it sent. Finally, we'll want to have a couple numbers to reach you at if we have any issues.
Confirm Banking Information
Before we can deposit your funds, we need to be absolutely certain that we have the right account. It'd be a terrible mistake if the wrong person got paid and we have to avoid that.
We Send The Funds
The funds will be delivered via the ACH system, so that generally means the next business day but some banks allow for earlier service if you apply early enough in the day.
Pay Off Your Loan
The money for your payment will be deducted automatically from your account when it comes due. If you need to reschedule, contact us first to avoid NSF fees.

Our Pledge
Clear Terms
We promise to make our terms clear and understandable. We don't want a relationship with our customer to be based on deception.
Collateral
We'll never ask for collateral of any kind. The terms of the loan are predicated on it being purely on trust, which is what justifies the rates.
Rollovers
This comes back to being honest lenders. Rollovers, even when they are described in a contract, are not a legitimate business practice. We only loan you money when you explicitly ask to be loaned money.
Collections
Our collection practices are top notch. You won't be harassed at your place of work and we won't constantly phone your friends and family.
